The Florida Chapter of the ICA is proud to present “The Architecture and Planning of Windsor”. An introduction to Windsor by its Director of Planning, Luis Van Cotthem, will be followed by a comprehensive evaluation of its architecture by Arthur Ross Award for Excellence in the Classic Tradition recipient, Scott Merrill. After lunch, there is a guided walking tour of the public buildings, allowing time for sketching and photography along the way.
